Very nice and tasty Miso Ramen. Really enjoyed this place. They have different types of Miso, and the combination of products the use in the ramen is just great and different from all places ive been to.

My LOve for misó ramen Find here a place to feed soul, this place offers diferente ramens made with different kind of Misos from al around japan. The size of the the ramens is quite big and the slices of charsiu the biggest I can remember anywhere. The noodles was chewy and delicious. The broth as superb and the toppings too. Service is fast and kind. Is a must place if you like ramen.

(Trip was made back then on 22 Nov 2019, 2 years before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit) This was the place where we had our lunch when we arrived at Ise 2 years ago today. From the menu, my guess was that they used different types of miso from around Japan for their soup base. The one I picked had a rich bold flavour and nice smoky charred aroma. But the soup can get pretty overwhelming after a few spoonful. Would have loved it more if they had made it lighter. Nevertheless, it was still a pretty decent bowl of ramen.

Best char-siu I've had. Flavors are a little on the strong side. No problems if you are an American!

Best ramen I have ever had. Portions are large and sides are great for sharing with table. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the quality and portion size. Will recommend to others and will be back in the future.
